Policy
All sales are final but you can request for an exchange if the product is faulty/incorrect within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in perfect resalable condition, unworn and in its original packaging. Tags must be included and unbroken.

All items are inspected thoroughly before a return is processed. Items found worn/washed/damaged and in an unsellable condition will be rejected and returned back to you. 

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. 

 

Import Duties
You are responsible for all the appropriate Import and Customs Duties.
